1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Majirani ("Gameroster", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Gameroster website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gameroster is a gaming bucket-list and library management platform that lets you save, organize, and track video games, sync libraries from connected third-party platforms, write reviews, build lists, and follow other users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Connected Third-Party Accounts

You may choose to link third-party accounts (such as Steam, Xbox, or PlayStation Network) to import your game library, playtime, and achievements. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or continued support of any third-party API or data.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, lists, comments, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Gameroster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third party's rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringes another's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any connected systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by Gameroster and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Game titles, cover art, and related metadata displayed in the Service are sourced from IGDB and remain the property of their respective owners. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no other rights are granted to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data imported from connected third-party platforms will always be accurate or up to date.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gameroster and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gameroster and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Gothenburg.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
